Welcome to BOCODA
Underserved children from economically challenged rural areas need your help and support. By you or your organization making a much needed donation today you will join Bonazah Community Development of Africa (BOCODA) in providing support to the individuals and communities that needs your generous support to affect the changes needed in changing their situation. People like you enable us to make this a dream come through to the underserved children and communities enabling sustainable living around the globe. Your help and support will enable Bocoda to carrying out the humanitarian assistance to those who would have otherwise have no access to these life support systems that would change their life and community for the betterment
You can assist by joining our organization in sharing its vision by either contributing school materials, teaching assistant or financial support to fund some of our projects. Our organization is involve at local level bringing help and offering support where it is most needed as each community has a very unique challenges. So many children may have to overcome many
environmental or family difficulties in order to get to school. Others may need shoes, a
school uniform, a hot meal, or a place where they can do their homework in peace. Take Bonanyang where we initiated our program for example. Bonanyang have a primary school, but not enough teachers. We are working with the local people to find the best solutions for their children. We work in collaboration with local government to provide education support to the most needed by either working on a joint program whereby government funded teachers will be paid by the government and any additional teachers hire on our program to augment teachers shortage are paid by Bocoda or simply providing material and financial support to each underserved child. Basically, the program works this way; a school may have seven teachers, four teachers are paid by the government and three additional certified teachers are paid by Bocoda. In some cases, depending on the situation, we may provide for free lunch to be provided by their school a day which makes all the difference for some children who are parentless. It may be the only nutritious meal they have all day. An added value may be an incentive for a parentless child who would otherwise not have a meal to want to go to school and get a primary education as well as a meal a day. This was a post from Nathaniel Garrett a supporter of BOCODA and its mission:
Mr. Ben Azah started the Bonazah Community Development of Africa. (BOCODA) foundation earlier this year. BOCODA provides provide support, educate, and advise in order to ensure fair and equitable educational opportunities for children and reduce illiteracy rate and
promote advancement; while enhancing partnership with the local communities to
provide for all under privilege children resources that enable them to have
basic equal educational opportunity for primary and secondary education. I
strongly support this program and I have made a decision to Pledge $100 to this
foundation. I would like at least 100 of the people I know to make the
same pledge that I have. You do not have to pay the whole $100 dollars at once
you can make a monthly donation, a lump sum donation, or make payments whenever
it is good for you. If you cannot make a $100 pledge than pledge what you can
all donations are welcome. I would like to have all this done by January 2014
but if it takes one longer that is not a problem. You can find more information
about this foundation @ www.bocodainc.com or you can search for "Bonazah Community or Bonazah Community Development of Africa"
