Bonazah Community Development of Africa is a humanitarian charity organized for exclusively religious, charitable, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law. We work on providing education for African Children through school
infrastructure improvement and material and financial support to the under privilege children and rural community.
Our programs successes depends largely on you and your organization support as we continuously work on the following:
- Organize Fundraising Activities in support of humanitarian charity purposes.
- Work on supporting Under-privilege Children in Africa and throughout the globe.
- Promote educational programs that strengthen children to resolve to pursue primary and secondary education; thus reducing dropout rate.
- Counsel groups and individuals on the best strategies for furthering their educational goals and stimulate underserved children interest in achieving their educational goals and making a better life for themselves in becoming productive citizens of their communities.
- Provide support to local schools by hiring qualified teachers to augment the teachers to classroom shortage.
Education for all; the goal of primary education for all includes adults as well as children. More than 800 million adults in the world today have not been taught to read and write. If these people can be given an education even as adults they are more likely to insist that their children receive a proper education. In the words of Kofi Annan, former Secretary General of the UN “literacy is the key to unlocking the cage of human misery; the key to opening up a future of freedom and hope.” And, Actress Angelina Jolie, speaking on
behalf of global campaign for education; ”Children are going to either get an education and become better people or sit idle with nothing to do. That’s one of the saddest things to see a little life that in many ways is going to waste.”
